Product Background

The koo.live product was previously known as Easylive. Due to business considerations, the company decided to redesign the product. The new business strategy aims to make live selling more convenient for sellers by re-planning and optimizing functions for the design revision. Easylive has been online for over three years, accumulating a substantial customer base and a wealth of data. By analyzing users' pain points through both qualitative and quantitative methods, the company identified areas that were confusing or difficult to use. This analysis has informed the development of Koo.live, ensuring the new product is closely aligned with users' needs.

The platform mainly uses Facebook for live streaming, with auto-created orders and messages to buyers. Some competitors offer additional features like online shops, inventory systems, data analysis, and buyer interaction functions.
