Background

This project involves revamping the support center. The original page experience and style on our platform are not ideal, making it difficult for users to quickly find answers when they encounter issues. There are numerous potential problems with the current page, we are redesigning the entire support center to deliver a more effective and user-friendly experience.

Challenges

One of the main challenges is reorganizing the page structure. The original layout is difficult to understand, making it hard for users to find the answers they need, and the articles are not easy to read. Additionally, the current page style is inconsistent with the rest of our platform, so a revamp is necessary to address both issues simultaneously.

My Role

A key part of this project involves restructuring the categories and layout, followed by discussions with the product manager to revamp the design, style, and user experience of the support center. The goal is to address existing issues and improve navigation, making it easier for users to find answers and resolve their problems efficiently.

Result

We conducted a small user test with three participants to gather feedback, and they reported an 85% satisfaction rate. Users mentioned that it is easier to find answers compared to the previous version, and the categories are clearer. They also found the articles more comfortable to read, and the overall visual experience has improved significantly.

In conclusion, the revamp of the support center has successfully addressed key issues related to navigation, readability, and overall user experience. By restructuring the categories, improving the layout, and enhancing visual consistency, users now find it easier to locate the answers they need and have a more comfortable reading experience.
